New mask exemption card to remove uncertainty

People who have genuine reasons for not being able to wear a face mask can access a new personalised exemption card from the end of May.

This can only mean the current clowns have decided wearing masks is to become a permanent rule within New Zealand - at a time where almost all Western countries have realised just how useless masks are in preventing the spread of viruses.
