Shop Around

Harvey Norman gave me $280. Not completely sure why: Probably because I'm their best looking customer.

I decided, rather than spending it wisely, on wine, women and song, I would blow the $280. on a replacement blender. I like soups and nut butter and my old machine is 10 years+ old and wearing out.

Grok and other sites  recommended Vitamix. Reviews all said expensive but worth it and for an old part like me a 5 year warranty is a lifetime guarantee.

I shopped around online and found prices varied for cheaper machines from $570. To $1,100. Amazon au was the $1,100.

I wandered into Harvey Norman Northwood and found they had a e510, not marked as a special, for $412. I purchased it.

By looking around and visiting the store I saved $150.

Now, of course, I have to learn to use it.

No More Dictatorship

...by racists.

The Coalition is introducing legislation to make only elected representatives on Councils able to vote.

At the same time legislation should also be introduced compelling MPs to vote for the measures their electorate want rather than those their party bosses want.

I digress.

Why, instead, are the Coalition not introducing legislation making ALL racist measures illegal within New Zealand?
