Left-over Beef

I had some left-over beef in the fridge and the day is cool.

I took one Wild-fire chilli (about 10cm long) and three small tomatoes, about 70gm of the beef and some black pepper and chopped it fine.

Then heated a couple of tablespoons of beef stock and a good splash of Worcester sauce with a cup of water, mixing thoroughly. Thickened with a tablespoon of corn flower when hot.

Added the chopped mixture, the rest of the beef in small cubes, a few frozen peas and a teaspoon of black sesame seeds to the hot liquid, brought back to boil and mixed in a small amount of pre-cooked spiral pasta (just enough to bulk it out) and heated on low for ten minutes.

When finished I divided it in half to eat half today and have half for tomorrow.

When I finished the second half (today - I couldn't resist, it was that good) and scraped the plate I started planning for lunch tomorrow. I'll have to figure something new.
