Zespri to take civil case in China as illegal gold kiwifruit plantings expand
I accept the gold Kiwifruit was invented by New Zealand but the simple fact that New Zealand stole the Chinese Gooseberry, renamed it Kiwifruit and marketed it very successfully suggests to me that maybe China stealing the yellow variety is no more than justice.
