I'm sure that ACC are confident. They'll simply stop honoring their insurance to people they are sure they can shaft.
People such as the self-employed, the sole-traders and the small-businessmen: people they know do not have the time or (in many cases) means to take on ACC.
They've done it before; They'll do it again.
That means, of course, they'll be able to continue to force compensation on the fraudsters and layabouts, just as they've always done.
As an aside: Megan Main ACC CEO? When was the last time a major business or tax-payer funded organisation even held it's own, let alone succeeded with a sheila in charge?
A quick perusal of AD doesn't throw up any outstanding examples.
