Too Many Tomatoes

 I had too many tomatoes, the Sweet 100s are cropping like crazy.

I threw three 6" (15cm) Wildfire chillies, an equal amount of tomatoes (approx 12 small ones) and a heaped dessertspoon of fresh ginger into a blender with a teaspoon of black sesame seeds, some cider vinegar and light soy sauce (half a cup total) and a dessertspoon of honey.

Blended until it was a liquid.

Heated the mix on low heat for 30 minutes adding a tablespoon of cornflour at the 20 minute mark.

I poured some of the mix (hot) over a peppered steak pie for lunch.

 I want more!
